Time for a short update on my P2P portfolio. As of 30 September 2026 there's €108,205 across 27 platforms – up €2,726 from the previous month. In this update I'll show you every platform with its amount, how much interest came in during September, how high my return is with and without bonus promotions, which two platforms newly joined, how things stand with my problem child Ventus Energy – and why I still want to reduce the P2P share of my total net worth and invest through a holding going forward. I share my entire portfolio live and transparently via the P2P dashboard, so you can look in at any time.
As always, the most important note first: this is not investment advice and not a buy recommendation. I only show my personal investments and my personal opinion. I'm responsible for my money, you for yours – especially in P2P and credit investing the risks are substantial: defaults, platform risk and a total loss of the capital invested are all possible. Do your own research and always make your own decision.
The current cashback campaigns
A core part of P2P are the bonus and new-customer promotions that run constantly. On almost every platform I'm invested in, there's something going on right now – from a tiered bonus up to €350 at Mintos* (code GO-LENNARD, until 31 Oct) through up to 7% cashback at Asterra* to the starting bonuses of the new additions. So I don't have to retype this with every update and it always stays current, I keep all running promotions bundled on a dedicated page: P2P bonus overview.
Three promotions stand out right now because they're time-limited:
- Mintos* – tiered new-customer bonus up to €350 with the code
GO-LENNARD, until 31 Oct 2026. - Indemo* – up to 4.5% (2–4% by amount plus 0.5% exclusively via my link), until 31 Oct 2026.
- Lande* – up to 5% thanks to the "Golden Autumn" promotion (3% permanent + tiers), only until 18 Oct 2026.
New in the portfolio: Digilo and Lonvest
In September, two new platforms made it into the portfolio – both deliberately as small test positions:
- Digilo* from Latvia started with €1,000. The platform issues consumer loans and is regulated by Latvijas Banka (licence dated 16 Sept 2025). Via my link there's currently 3% cashback in the first 60 days.
- Lonvest*, based in Zagreb (Croatia), I added as a test with €500. It finances consumer loans from Singapore, Malaysia and Mexico. Via my link there's 1% cashback plus currently up to 1% extra (limited until 31 Oct).
I've already made dedicated videos on both platforms – check out my P2P playlist, where you'll find the latest updates on each platform. I always approach new platforms with a modest amount and only top up once the first interest and repayments have run through cleanly.

In first place now is Bondora Go & Grow* with around €13,471 – for me mainly a flexible liquidity building block. Behind it come Debitum* (€10,061) and Mintos* (€9,995). At Mintos I deliberately withdrew some money – not because I think the platform is bad, but for a different reason I'll get to below. The top 5 is completed by Lande* (€9,578) and Indemo* (€6,895).
For the sake of completeness: Triple Dragon still shows up in the dashboard as the 28th position with €0 – which is why I speak of 27 platforms with capital.
Interest in September: €844.05 from 25 platforms
Now to the most exciting part – the passive income. In September, €844.05 net came in (€857.35 gross, less €13.29 withholding tax and €30.30 in fees), spread across 25 platforms. Part of that was interest, part bonus and cashback promotions.

The top earners aren't necessarily the largest positions:
- Debitum contributes by far the most: €112.89 (13.37%)
- Lande follows with €75.27 (8.92%)
- Mintos with €68.99 (8.17%)
- Maclear with €64.86 (7.68%)
- Bondora Go & Grow with €64.05 (7.59%)
After that come 8lends (€57.74), Devon (€51.60), Silvaland (€44.45) and Lendermarket (€44.36). Nice to see: the income is now spread across many shoulders – no single default would tip the month entirely. One footnote for honesty: at Asterra a €34.68 bonus was clawed back in September, which is why the platform sits lower than usual this month.
September was a very good month, but not my record. Here are the four best months compared:

With around €800 to €900 per month, I can now basically count on income from my P2P portfolio every single month – and that feels good. I reinvest part of it on other platforms to diversify further; a growing part, though, I'll take out going forward to invest more heavily into other asset classes like stocks.
Return: 13.82% XIRR – double-digit even without bonuses
My return (XIRR) currently stands at 13.82% – very stable. The perhaps more important figure sits right next to it: strip out all bonus and cashback promotions and 10.10% from pure interest still remains. On top of that, my capital recovery rate is now at 8.57%.

I think it's important to show this because the bonuses are a nice extra boost, but they don't run forever. Even without them the return is double-digit – that's the foundation the whole thing rests on. The bonuses on top turn a good result into a really good one.
Ventus Energy: status of the reorganisation
Ventus Energy remains my problem child at €6,798. The platform is in a reorganisation procedure under Estonian law, opened on 18 August 2026 at the Harju Maakohus in Tallinn. Because the key deadlines fall exactly in these days, here's the concrete status:
- 12 October 2026 – creditors vote on the reorganisation plan.
- 19 October 2026 – the court is to confirm the plan.
- Two thirds of the claim amount are required. Important: anyone who does not vote has their vote counted as a no.
- In all scenarios the plan foresees 100% of the deposited capital – but over a repayment period of up to five years.
I currently can't access the capital there and am waiting for the outcome of the vote. If you're invested in Ventus yourself, don't miss the voting deadline.
Outlook: less P2P, but via a holding
As well as the portfolio is doing – at €108,205, P2P now makes up around 21.6% of my total net worth (down from 22.0% the previous month). For such a high-risk asset class, that's still too high for me.

My goal remains to bring the P2P share down to about 10% in the medium term – and not by selling off broadly, but by investing much more heavily into my other building blocks (stocks, real estate) and putting the interest from P2P there going forward. So the P2P pot may keep growing, just more slowly than the rest.
Two concrete changes are coming:
- I'm deliberately withdrawing money from some platforms – especially the more illiquid ones where it takes longer. At Debitum, for example, part of my money is locked for up to three years, which can't be undone overnight.
- From January I'm setting up a holding company through which I'll invest in P2P going forward – my operating company pays in money I don't need in my private assets. In my private assets I'll wind down P2P step by step and shift into my stock portfolio; through the holding I'll then rebuild positions like Debitum. So there will be a few shifts in the coming weeks – I'll keep you posted.
Bottom line
€108,205 across 27 platforms, €844 in interest in September and a double-digit return even without bonuses – my P2P portfolio keeps growing solidly. More important than the pure total, for me, is the quality: more regulated, more concentrated, tidier – and, as a share of total net worth, trending down toward 10%. P2P remains a class I like, especially because it runs relatively independently from the stock market.
If you want to try one of the platforms, you'll find all links with their current bonuses bundled in the P2P bonus overview, and you can follow my entire portfolio live at any time at finlen.de/p2p.
