Digilo Update October 2026: €1,500 Invested, Three Open Projects & €45 Cashback Withdrawn

P2P Loans•October 10, 2026

My Digilo update for October: I added €500 and am now invested with €1,500 in two property-backed projects (9.33% average interest). I show you the current platform numbers (€108,945.77 funded, 5 projects, 228 investors), the three open projects with LTV and risk category, my wallet with €45 of cashback withdrawn, the conditions behind the 3% cashback through my link – and my plan: €500 per month up to €5,000. Plus the honest part: a young platform, no repayments yet, no deposit insurance.

Time for my first Digilo update. The Latvian P2P platform has been in my portfolio since September – and I already said in my in-depth review that I am cautiously optimistic, because Digilo gets a lot right from the start. Last month I invested €1,000; now I have added another €500. In this post we look at how it is going: the current platform numbers, my portfolio, the new projects, my cashback – and how I plan to continue.

As always, the most important thing first: this is not investment advice and not a recommendation to buy, just my personal opinion and experience. P2P loans are high-risk – only invest money you could afford to lose entirely, and make your own decisions. The Digilo link is a referral link: if you use it, I receive a small commission, at no extra cost to you.

The platform in numbers: things are picking up

Before we jump into my investment, a look at the statistics page. Digilo has been very transparent from day one and publishes all its key figures there – you can find it directly on the website, and the numbers are refreshed hourly.

Digilo's statistics page on 4 October 2026: total funded €108,945.77, projects funded 5, registered investors 228, average annual return 10.86%, earned by investors €1,334.30, default rate 0.00%

As recorded on 4 October 2026:

  • Total funded: €108,945.77
  • Projects funded: 5
  • Registered investors: 228
  • Average annual return: 10.86%
  • Earned by investors: €1,334.30
  • Default rate: 0.00%

A word on the default rate right away: Digilo is a new platform – of course there is no default after such a short time, so the number says very little for now. It would be rather odd if there already were one.

The comparison with my first report is more interesting. This is what it looked like on 15 September – and today:

Digilo compared between 15 September and 4 October 2026: total funded €108,945.77 instead of €82,945.77, projects funded 5 instead of 4, registered investors 228 instead of 207, average annual return 10.86% instead of 11.44%, open projects 3 instead of 1, my investment €1,500 instead of €1,000

So in just under three weeks, €26,000 of funded volume, one project and 21 investors have been added. The average return dropped from 11.44% to 10.86% – the project funded in September runs at 9%.

The monthly breakdown: August was the strongest month so far

The statistics page also breaks everything down by month:

Monthly breakdown of Digilo's statistics: October 2026 with 3 new investors, 9 investments and €11,136.00 invested amount; September 2026 with one funded project, €26,000.00 funded volume, 25 new investors, 26 investments and €48,573.00 invested amount; August 2026 with two projects and €55,745.23; July 2026 with €11,793.20; June 2026 with €15,407.34

  • August has been the best month so far with €55,745.23 of funded volume (two projects).
  • In September one project of €26,000 was funded. 25 new investors joined and made 26 investments.
  • October was only a few days old when I recorded – and €11,136 had already been invested.

A clarification on the video: there I mention these numbers in one breath. The table has two columns, though – "Funded volume" (the volume of projects that were fully funded in that month) and "Invested amount" (what investors put in during that month). The €55,745 and the €26,000 are funded volume; the €11,136 in October is invested amount. The comparable September figure would be €48,573 invested.

So things are moving – though not incredibly fast. And that is intentional: I had a conversation with the team on site in Latvia. By their own account they have more projects in the pipeline but select them very carefully. Digilo would rather grow slowly and sensibly than push everything into marketing, attract thousands of investors and then have no projects. I think that is the right approach. When I registered there was exactly one open project – now more are really coming through.

Video: Digilo Update October 2026: €1,500 Invested, Three Open Projects & €45 Cashback Withdrawn

The full update is also available as a video – I walk through Digilo's statistics page, my dashboard, my portfolio, the open projects and my wallet live. Feel free to watch, or read on below.

My Digilo account: €1,500 in two projects

Now to my investment. This is my dashboard:

My Digilo dashboard on 4 October 2026: account value €1,500.00, available funds €0.00, invested funds €1,500.00; last investments showing €1,000.00 in the project ending in 920, status Funding Finished, and €500.00 in the project ending in 923, status Funding Process

In total, €1,500 is now invested across two projects. The portfolio shows the details:

My Digilo portfolio: total invested €1,500.00, total repaid €0.00, pending returns €1,500.00, average interest 9.33%; first project €1,000.00 with LTV 19%, 9% interest, 36-month term, 100% funded by 11 investors; second project €500.00 with LTV 9%, 10% interest, 36-month term, 75% funded by 6 investors, €3,012.00 still missing

  • My first investment: €1,000 at 9% interest, 36-month term, LTV 19%. The project is now 100% funded, with 11 investors in total.
  • My second investment: €500 at 10% interest, also 36 months, LTV 9%. When I recorded, 6 investors were in and €3,012 was still missing for full funding.
  • Average interest: 9.33%

Two things belong here in all honesty. First: "Total repaid" reads €0.00 – so not a single cent of interest or principal has come back yet. With three-year terms and a start in September that is normal, but I cannot give a real verdict on repayments yet. Second: as long as a project is still being funded ("Funding Process"), the loan is not active yet.

A side note: the dashboard dates my second investment 23 September, while my wallet books the deposit and the investment on 2 October. I use the wallet dates here because that is when the money actually moved.

Three open projects – with very low LTVs

Under "Invest" you see the currently open projects. There are now three – as mentioned, when I registered there was just one.

The Invest list on Digilo on 4 October 2026 with three Latvian projects: €18,697.09 with LTV 45%, 12% interest, 24 months and risk Medium, 21% funded; €12,500.00 with LTV 50%, 12% interest, 36 months and risk Medium, 35% funded; €12,000.00 with LTV 9%, 10% interest, 36 months and risk Low, 75% funded

Amount LTV Interest Term Risk Status on 4 Oct
€18,697.09 45% 12% 24 months Medium 21% funded
€12,500.00 50% 12% 36 months Medium 35% funded
€12,000.00 9% 10% 36 months Low 75% funded

What I like here are the LTVs. Loan-to-value tells you how large the loan is relative to the value of the collateral. For the project I just invested in, it is only 9% – that is very, very strong. (To avoid any mix-up: the 9% belongs to my second project. My first one has an LTV of 19%.) But even for the other two it is only 45% and 50%.

Those carry higher interest at 12% because the risk is a little higher too: Digilo rates them Medium, my project Low. More risk, more interest – as it should be. The rating is Digilo's own assessment, though.

What I really urge you to do: read everything in detail. Go into the project description, look at what the loan is for, what serves as collateral and which risks Digilo itself names. Only invest once you understand what you are investing in – and only money you can spare. Even though this is a regulated platform with collateral, it remains a loan investment. Loans can default, and platforms can fail too.

My wallet: cashback withdrawn right away

The wallet shows nicely what I have done so far:

My Digilo transaction history: on 09.09.2026 deposit €1,000.00, investment €1,000.00, cashback €30.00 and withdrawal €30.00; on 02.10.2026 deposit €500.00, investment €500.00, cashback €15.00 and withdrawal €15.00

  • 9 September: deposited €1,000, invested it right away, received €30 cashback – and withdrew the cashback straight away.
  • 2 October: the same again – invested €500, received €15 cashback and withdrew that as well.

That makes €45 cashback in total, exactly 3% of each investment. The money reached my bank account very quickly; both times it took only about a day.

I really like this about Digilo: the cashback lands in the wallet, and you can withdraw it. On other platforms it is often put straight into the project and is then tied up. This is closer to the definition of cashback I know.

One addition that is not in the video: the cashback being booked on the same day is my experience, not a promise: under the terms, crediting can take up to 30 days (more on that below).

3% cashback in the first 60 days

If you want to try Digilo: through my Digilo link* you can get 3% cashback on your investments in the first 60 days.

3% cashback on Digilo through my link: 3% on your investments in the first 60 days from successful registration; new customers only and only primary-market investments in projects that get fully funded; from €150 per project, no cap; credited within up to 30 days per the terms; in my account €30 on €1,000 and €15 on €500

In the video I say "on all your investments in the first 60 days" – that is the short version. Under the terms of Digilo's referral programme, more precisely:

  • The 60 days start with successful registration – not with your first deposit. So only register once your starting capital is ready.
  • The offer is for new customers only.
  • Primary-market investments in projects that get fully funded count. The minimum investment is €150 per project; there is no cap on the cashback.
  • It is credited to your Digilo account after the project has been funded – which can take up to 30 days.

And to put it in context, because this matters to me: publicly, Digilo states 1% for referral links. The 3% is a partner condition that runs via the link. I can see in my own account that it arrives – €30 on €1,000 and €15 on €500. Still, check the current terms directly with Digilo before you start; conditions can change.

For transparency: this is a referral link. If you sign up through it, I receive a small commission – at no extra cost to you. On the contrary: you get the additional cashback and support my work.

Auto-invest: available, but I am not using it yet

Digilo also has auto-invest – in two variants: "Set & Forget" puts a fixed amount (from €150) into every new project, "Select & Maximize" invests according to your criteria such as LTV, interest rate, term, location and collateral type (from €300 per project).

I have decided against it for now. It is still very manageable here and the terms are long anyway – it is not as if something comes back every few days and needs to be reinvested. As long as that is the case, I prefer to pick the projects myself. It may well become interesting in the future.

By the way, since people sometimes ask: you can also switch the platform to German. I actually use everything in English, which is why my screenshots show the English interface – you can choose between English, Latvian and German.

Who is Digilo worth it for?

A good fit if you…
  • are looking for property-backed loans at 9–12% interest
  • want to follow an ECSP-regulated platform early on, deliberately
  • like picking projects yourself and reading the documents
  • want to pick up the 3% cashback in the first 60 days as a new customer
Less relevant if you…
  • need a long track record and many projects to choose from
  • expect short terms and regular repayments
  • don't want concentration risk in a single country (Latvia)
  • want to invest money you couldn't afford to lose

My plan and verdict

How do I continue? I will top up monthly:

My plan on Digilo: €1,500 invested on 4 October 2026, topping up by around €500 per month, definitely up to €5,000 – €3,500 to go –, perhaps up to €10,000, my maximum for any single P2P platform

For now I am thinking of €500 per month – definitely up to €5,000. I may even go up to €10,000; that really is my maximum for a single P2P platform, though. You can see how Digilo fits into my overall P2P portfolio in the P2P Portfolio Update October 2026.

My thoughts on Digilo have not changed since the first report – if anything, they have been confirmed: they get a great deal right from the start. The communication is right, the transparency is right, and they are regulated – which is not typical for a new platform. Many start out unregulated and perhaps catch up later. On top of that there is real collateral, low LTVs and a team that, by its own account, has been working in real estate since 2008.

Even so, you need to be aware of the risks: Digilo is a new platform without a track record. There are default risks, there is no guarantee that everything runs smoothly, and no deposit insurance. There has been no default so far – with a platform this young, that means little. There may well be some at some point. I will report on that too.

If you want to try Digilo yourself, feel free to use my link for the 3% cashback: go to Digilo through my link*.

Frequently asked questions

How much has Lennard invested in Digilo?

As of 4 October 2026 it is €1,500: €1,000 since 9 September 2026 in a project at 9% interest with a 36-month term, plus €500 since 2 October 2026 in a project at 10% interest with a 36-month term. The average interest rate is 9.33%. No interest or principal has been paid back yet (total repaid: €0.00). My plan: top up by around €500 per month, definitely up to €5,000, perhaps up to €10,000.

How have Digilo's numbers developed since September?

According to Digilo's statistics page, a total of €108,945.77 had been funded by 4 October 2026 (15 September: €82,945.77), across 5 funded projects (previously 4). There are 228 registered investors (previously 207), the average annual return is 10.86% (previously 11.44%), investors have earned €1,334.30 and the default rate stands at 0.00%. When I recorded the video, three projects were open instead of one.

Which projects are currently available on Digilo?

When I recorded on 4 October 2026, three projects were open, all in Latvia: €18,697.09 at 12% interest, 24 months, LTV 45% and risk category Medium; €12,500 at 12% interest, 36 months, LTV 50% and Medium; and €12,000 at 10% interest, 36 months, LTV 9% and Low. I invested €500 in the last one. The offering changes all the time.

How does the Digilo cashback bonus work?

Through my partner link you get 3% cashback on your investments in the first 60 days. Under the terms of Digilo's referral programme, the period starts with successful registration, applies to new customers only and only to primary-market investments in projects that get fully funded; crediting can take up to 30 days. Publicly, Digilo states 1% for referral links – the 3% is a partner condition. In my own account I see €30 cashback on €1,000 and €15 on €500, i.e. 3% each time. Check the terms directly with Digilo before you start.

Can you withdraw the cashback on Digilo?

In my case, yes: the cashback was credited to my wallet and I withdrew it right away both times – €30 on 9 September and €15 on 2 October 2026; both withdrawals are listed as 'Processed'.

Is Digilo regulated?

Yes. The operator, CSP Growth Solutions SIA from Riga, has been licensed by the Bank of Latvia as a European Crowdfunding Service Provider (ECSP) since 16 September 2025 (licence no. 27-10/2025/222) and is listed as active in the ESMA register. Payments run through the French payment institution Lemonway. The licence is no guarantee, though: there is no deposit insurance, and the credit risk stays with you.

Does Digilo have auto-invest?

Yes, in two variants: 'Set & Forget' (a fixed amount into every new project, from €150) and 'Select & Maximize' (based on criteria such as LTV, interest rate, term, location and collateral type, from €300 per project). I am not using it at the moment because the offering is still manageable and I like to pick the projects myself.

What are the biggest risks with Digilo?

Digilo is a very young platform without a track record: its statistics only start in June 2026, and 5 projects have been funded so far. The default rate of 0.00% therefore says very little. All projects are in Latvia, terms are long at 24 to 36 months, there is no buyback guarantee and no deposit insurance. Property collateral does not guarantee that you get all of your money back either.
